"Fadedblue's sound evolves around a good clean tone.  I found that using my Victoria 20112T and/or Marshall Artist 4203 fits well.  The Victoria captures the pure tube tone of a 1959 Fender tweed Deluxe and is what I use the most.  The Marshall gives me that Marshall clean tone(and yes I did the C13 mod on it).  I add flavor using my Fender Reverb Reissue Unit when I feel the need to surf or add general reverb to my tone.  My favorite guitar is a 1996 Fender Stratocaster in cream color that plays like butter.  I also play a 1979 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe to cover all those Les Paul sounds and may occasionally whip out my 1989 Ibanez RG-560 to unleash a fury of dive bombs and squeals from my 80’s metal influences.  To add more gain to my signal, I use a Maxon OD808 as a volume boost and a HAO Rust Driver for some driving Hendrix lead tone."
